<\/a><\/p>\n A group of Vermont legislators has introduced a bill (H.677) requiring the following setbacks and noise\/vibration limits for wind turbines exceeding 0.49 MW.\u00a0 Click here for the full text of the bill<\/a>.<\/p>\n Setbacks<\/strong>.\u00a0 At a minimum, a wind turbine shall be set back horizontally:\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Sound limits<\/strong>.\u00a0 At a minimum, a plant subject to this section shall comply with each of the following:<\/p>\n Dr. Pierpont<\/span> has been joined by Dr. F. Owen\u00a0Black (Neurotologist<\/em>:\u00a0 regarding the vestibular symptoms of Wind Turbine Syndrome)<\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Dr. Joel F. Lehrer (Otolaryngologist<\/em>:\u00a0 likewise regarding\u00a0vestibular symptoms of WTS)<\/span><\/span>, and Dr. Stanley M.
