\u2014Calvin Luther Martin, PhD<\/a><\/p>\n \u00b7<\/span> Let’s restate that. \u00a0The Australian Senate Committee, which spent weeks of taxpayer money listening to testimony on wind turbines and health, wasted everyone’s time<\/em>. \u00a0Including their own.<\/p>\n Many of us suspected it would be a farce<\/a> from the outset: \u00a0a pretense of weighty deliberation on the health impacts of wind turbines—obviously placed too damn close to people’s homes, for Chrissakes!<\/p>\n Our hunch was prophetic; it was in fact a farce. \u00a0A political football game coached by Big Wind. \u00a0It’s a game which the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council<\/a> (NH&MRC) continues to play in its own craven way.<\/p>\n Bottom line: \u00a0Despite much official posturing and expense and time, rural Australians will continue to suffer from Wind Turbine Syndrome. \u00a0There will be no relief.<\/p>\n Our advice to Australians (and others around the world) regarding future “government” hearings into the matter of WTS? \u00a0Don’t participate. \u00a0Boycott! \u00a0It’s a hoax. \u00a0A hoax for suckers.<\/p>\n
