\u00b7<\/span> \u00b7<\/span> As the approving roar died down, he leaned into the mike and roared back, “Vivre le Qu\u00e9bec libre!<\/em>”<\/p>\n “Libre!<\/em>” \u00a0That one word made History.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n “Hail to a free Qu\u00e9bec!<\/em>” \u00a0(Free of English control.)<\/p>\n Last evening, Nina Pierpont raised her voice in support of a Qu\u00e9bec\u00a0free of wind turbines. \u00a0(“Vivre le Qu\u00e9bec\u00a0libre des \u00e9oliennes!<\/em>“)<\/p>\n Speaking in the measured language of the clinician, Pierpont explained to a rapt audience that “real clinical medicine does not support<\/a> industrial wind turbines in your communities!”<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Dr. Pierpont had been invited to Qu\u00e9bec by a coalition of mayors (a half dozen or so) whose communities oppose Big Wind<\/a>. \u00a0Communities rich in history. \u00a0Communities of black alluvial soils growing, for centuries, the vegetables for Eastern Canada. \u00a0Communities of robust towns along the banks of the Richelieu<\/a>, as it journeys north from L.
