    God forgive us . . .

The wind industry profits because we are fools represented by fools. Creating environmental problems to address environmental problems is insane behavior. “Like cures like” applies to homeopathy, not industry.

The only reason the wind lobby exists is due to public subsidies, grants and loan guarantees. When these end, so will the rhetoric, blasting, clear cutting and habitat damage end.

This video reveals what kind of environmental stewards wind developers are. Hat’s off to the Nelson family and those involved in civil disobedience on Lowell Mtn!

    Thank You,

I spoke to Shirley Nelson by phone a few days ago. She is seeing something that many of us dread will come to the places where we live, the lands that we have grown to love. If we don’t stop the blasters, the excavators, the bulldozers on her mountain now, soon we will have to try to do it in our own hilltops and shore lines, and they will come rolling right over us , place by place, town by town, wherever they can entice greedy local politicians to prostitute themselves and betray the oaths they swore when they took office.

When will the righteous anger of the people arise with the power to stop this madness?

Obviously, it is not just coal that blows the tops off mountains …

Mountains and forests which have provided micro refugia through millennia of this planet’s changing climate are worth more to the environment, maintained as a healthy intact ecosystem.

We are being robbed of our cherished green and doomed to a future in the red.

This example is what can and will happen in more places if we don’t stop the outrage.

As humans with some cognitive capacity, we can and must learn and act with foreknowledge rather than wait for hard experience to teach us.
